Captain America #25

A reporter recaps the most recent event in the Superhero Civil War, the surrender of Steve "Captain America" Rogers before throwing to location reporter, Julie Traylor, outside of the New York Federal Courthouse where Cap is to be arraigned. She reports that Rogers' hearing is to be broadcast live on all major networks from New York in lieu of a Military Tribunal to allow for "full transparency."
