Account details (email, username, password hash), profile and calibration choices, queue and planning records, completion logs, community submissions, security/audit events, and basic request data needed to protect the service. We do not store your plaintext password.
How we use it
We operate accounts, generate personal estimates, learn category-level pacing from your outcomes, moderate contributions, provide exports, prevent abuse, recover accounts, and maintain the service. We do not create advertising profiles or sell personal data.
Cookies and local storage
A strictly necessary session cookie keeps you signed in and protects forms. Local storage may remember your color-theme choice. Time Forge currently uses no advertising cookies or cross-site behavioral analytics. See the Cookie Notice for details.
Sharing and processors
Data may be processed by infrastructure, email, security, and backup providers solely to operate Time Forge. We may disclose information when legally required, to protect users or the service, or during a business reorganization with appropriate notice and safeguards.
Retention and control
Account data is retained while your account is active and as reasonably needed for security, backup rotation, legal obligations, and dispute prevention. Expired recovery tokens are invalidated. Use Your Data to export a copy or permanently delete your account. Approved community statistics may remain only in de-identified aggregate form.
Security, children, and location
We use password hashing, secure HTTP-only cookies, CSRF protection, rate limits, restricted configuration, backups, and audit events. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Time Forge is not directed to children under 13. The service is operated from the United States; international use may involve transfer to the United States.
Contact and changes
For privacy requests, use the Forge contact page or the on-page Feedback control. We may update this policy as the Alpha changes; material changes will receive a new effective date and, when appropriate, renewed consent.
Operator: Logan Pendragon Forge. These policies describe the current Alpha and do not replace rights that cannot legally be waived.
