Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 and able to accept these Terms. Keep your credentials secure and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity under your account and should report suspected misuse promptly.

Estimates are guidance

Time Forge provides starting times and personal estimates—not guarantees. Editions, skill, pace, health, and other factors can change outcomes. Verify consequential information with authoritative providers.

Your contributions

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Logan Pendragon Forge a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, review, moderate, transform into statistics, and display your contribution for operating and improving Time Forge. Do not submit confidential, unlawful, abusive, infringing, automated, deceptive, or manipulated data.

Service and intellectual property

Time Forge software, design, branding, and editorial material are owned by Logan Pendragon Forge or its licensors. You may use the service personally and lawfully; you may not disrupt it, bypass controls, scrape it abusively, impersonate others, or reverse engineer protected portions except where law permits.

Suspension, changes, and termination

We may moderate contributions, limit abusive traffic, suspend accounts, change features, or discontinue the service. You may stop using the service and delete your account. We will try to give reasonable notice for material changes when practical.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. Logan Pendragon Forge disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Any direct liability is limited to the greater of amounts you paid for Time Forge in the prior 12 months or US $100, where legally permitted.
